Membership Benefits

  • Digital Points Tracking: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.

  • Members-Only Discounts: Access to exclusive sales and promotions.

  • Birthday Treat: A special offer for your cat during their birthday month.

  • Subscription Service Discount: 5% off all auto-ship subscriptions.

Earning & Redeeming Points

  • Earning: Points are earned on the pre-tax total of all qualifying purchases, both in-store and online. Points are typically credited to your account within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Redeeming: Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. 100 points = $1 off.

    • Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

    • Points have no monetary value outside of the Purrfect Pantry reward system.

    • Points will expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
